What we collect

This website collects only the information you choose to provide through our contact form and supplier inquiry form: your name, company name, email address, phone number (optional), product categories of interest, and the contents of your message.

How we use it

Form submissions are sent to our business email address (kaylon@groundlinecommerce.com) so we can read and respond to your inquiry. We use this information solely to communicate with you about your message or a potential business relationship. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Spam protection

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, an anti-spam service, to distinguish human submissions from automated abuse. Turnstile may collect limited technical data (such as browser and device characteristics) as part of this check. Form submissions are validated on our servers before any email is sent.

Data retention and your rights

Messages sent through our forms are retained in our business email for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and maintain business records. You may request a copy of the information you submitted, or ask us to delete it, by emailing kaylon@groundlinecommerce.com.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Standard, privacy-respecting server logs (such as IP address and requested page) may be kept briefly by our hosting provider for security and operational purposes.

Children

This is a business-to-business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
